The deeper you venture beyond the eaves of the Otherwoods, the more you begin to think you've left the Valley behind. The leaves are the wrong shade of green, and there is far too much blue and red in the underbrush. You hear distant birds calling to one another with unfamiliar voices. Finally, you come to a small clearing where the trees arch and twist like curved claws, closing in around you. At its center is what you can only describe as a tear in reality; a curtain of sorts, surrounded by waves of distorted air and shimmering energy. Within its shape is a twisting corridor of kaleidoscopic light and cacophonous sound.
